Question Uff district 15 help!

I have been a foster parent in St. Lucie county for several years. loved doing it and adopted our son through system. We were hoping to adopt another but DCF has been privatized in our area by united for families. Uff not as good to work with, they prefer new foster families not all DCF ones because they only want homes that will take large sibling groups, because they will not split sib. groups. My husband and I do not want to take on sib groups bcause our 4 yr old does not seem to do as well. We really want to fost-adopt again, any ideas? We feel blackballed by UFF, and know several other families that feel the same way.

I know this is 2.5 years later but wondered if you ever had any success with UFF? I know that many families still feel the same way about them and are wildly wishing that DCF would come back and take over again!!!!
