Hello Kenneth, my name is Dawn M. Rieker Hancock, and I relinquished a Child from Saint Joseph's Hospital Tampa Hillsborough Co. fl. during this birthday date field, 9/15-23/69, I relinquished my Child under the care of these doctors, Jack M. Mezrah, albert Lewis Saphier, Albert Victor Cohen and Nathaniel Bryon metts. I understand that many adoptee's have had their birthday's and counties of birth changed. I wasn't informed of any of the adoption details, not even the Child's gender, I do not know if the adoption was though an angency or if it was private, but my Child was white and maybe had green or blue eyes, reddish brown, red or blond hair, and maybe freckles. I've been in touch with the birth father and he would also enjoy contact, his name is Russell L. Hancock, he was 21 and I was 16.
