ISO Twin Sisters and Other Siblings
Hello, I am the oldest of five siblings. I was born in 1956 and was adopted through Georgia Department of Family Services in Newnan, GA. However my biological mother named Louise lived in Tampa, FL with her mother Lucille Phillips (not sure of the last name). Therefore, the Florida Department of Family Services may have also been involved in my adoption.
My birth mother (Louise) also gave birth to twin girls around 1957 - 1959 in or around Tampa, FL. I believe that there was a church charity involved in the adoption. Lucille (Louise's mother) worked as a waitress in a Chinese restaurant. There she had a friend who wanted to adopt and it was arranged for her to adopt Lousie's child when it was born which turned out to be twin girls. I was told that the adoptive family moved from the Tampa area soon after the adoption was final. If this story sounds familiar I could be your oldest brother and you have more siblings. There is also another sister and maybe a brother that is out there somewhere. Last edited by fgriff001 : 10-19-2009 at 03:33 PM. |
