I was adopted in 1960 from the Broward County Children's Home Society in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I beleive my birth mother was around 21 and going to college in Boston.

I was given up in 1959. My birthday was given as 4/6/59 but may have been altered. I was born at Broward General Hospital (i think) and placed through CHS. My mother may have been a waitress and may have married a man from Hawaii. God Bless. Nancy

I have never been given anything but non-identifying info. I was told i was born on 4/6/59 but that could have been falsified by CHS. My mother may have been a waitress and father was Jewish and in law school. Both my adoptive parents are decesed and i dont know if they really told me the truth about anything having to do with my adoption. They told me that they got me when i was a few days old, but i found papers that showed that i may have been at least 5 mos old. Contact me if anything sounds familiar. God Bless. Nancy
