Hello my fellow Florida searchers, heres some info you might enjoy, its about a scammer, a predator, to me she went by the name, born July 19, 1966. Frist I should say I even meet the person I'm talking about. She is the person in the photo I attached. Rhonda told me she was born in Ca. but I don't believe that, I believe she was born in Germany, in a military family, and brought to Florida. She speaks excellant german. I have found Rhonda in Escambia Co. clerk records, as haveing lost custiy of her Children/Child? to her husband at the time J. A. Lynch that still lives in Escambis Co. Fl. Rhonda has short reddish hair, weighs 200+ stands 5' 5 or 6 inches. She has brown eyes, and now lives in manitowoc Wisconsin. I have the address where she lives now. I found Rhonda in the Wisconsin clerk records as well. She loves to go by the name Rose. Her user name in here has been several, Twinky, lookbooitkitty, madjjtoypooky, I have her confrimed social sercurity number as well. A common theme in Rhondas history with me was to change her name, even to the point of asking my husband and I if she could place our surname onto her orginal birth cert. which I don't believe can be done.
