Brief Summery: In August 1982, Jennifer Morris gave
birth to Melissa Amber in Lancaster, PA. She was
currently married to a man (not my birth father) named
Tracy Morris. She was visiting her husband’s family
when she went into birth with Melissa. She lived in
Winter-Park, Florida, and in 1983 Melissa taken out of
her care, due to lack of getting a job and suitable
living arrangements. They were given chance to get a
job, but just decided they could not take care of
Melissa, when they had realized they were about to
have a second child. They thought it best that Melissa
be adopted into a loving family that could suitably
take care of her. She was placed into a foster family
until 1985 when The Shoemaker family adopted her into
their lives.
As of this year (2000), she most likely is not with
Tracy anymore. And may be married to another man by
now, and has other children. She could possibly still
be living in Florida where her family has lived.

Hello, Melissa.
I have been german exchange student in R. and D. Shoemakers home in 1987. When I was in Tallahassee you were five years old. I was 16 years old. You were a really sweet little girl and I have not forgotten you. Now, I have four kids on my own. And my little one is four years old and has blond hair like you had when you were five. Maybe you remember me and write me back.
Love, Nina.
