Hello, I was told That my birth took place on Nov.10.1974 but from what I hear, sometimes they alter birth records. I'm female and was born at Tampa General Hospital. My adoption was handled by Catholic Charities. I was born with blond/white hair, blue eyes and weighed around 8lbs. I'm desperately looking for any member of my birth family.
