Male iso birth parents 5/11/69 Bradenton

I am in search of birth parents. Born 5/11/69 @ Manatee Hemorial hospital. (Mother's Day) Delivered by Harrold Sutton. Adoption went through Christian Home and Bible School in Mount Dora. The final adoption occurred in Polk County. From what I have found out, my birth parents were not married. Birth mom is supposed to be from Wisconsin and birth dad was in the Navy. Birth mom was in Florida for a short while and had me.
