1970 Twin Boys Born Florence Crittenton Home San Francisco, Ca

I am helping my aunt locate any infomation on her twin boys. They were born July 29, 1970 in San Francisco. She doesn't know any details about the adoption. We are not sure if the boys stayed in California or moved away. We are not sure if the boys knew they were adopted or not?

Any info would help..
