ISO bmother, male, DOB 7/28/52, FCH in Peoria, IL
My birth mother was 21, last name Holmes and I was born at Methodist Hospital, dob 7/28/1952 so she would be 76 if still alive. Placed in FCH, Peoria County, Illinois and then placed with adopted family in early 1953 and formal adoption in August, 1953.
