I was there in 1986 and part of 1987, on Moores Mill Road. I've been trying to get a picture of it but the agency says they don't have one. (?)

I went by there to take my teenage daughter and show her where I lived. For reasons I can't explain, I felt sad that it was gone.

What I meant to add was that it has been torn down. It is now the parking lot of a large church. I even emailed the church to see if they had a picture of it before. (You'd think a church would at least answer. LOL)
