If anyone has obtained their adoption records from a FCH would you please give me some information on how you went about doing it. We are fairly certain my mother was at the FCH in Wheeling in the 1980's however, we are unsure of how to go about getting records from them. Thank you for all of your help.

I have no info on records, but I was at Wheeling FCH in the early 80's; I might remember your mother. Its a long shot, but you can post details here or try to email me. i'm new here, not sure how it works.

My mom was at FCH during the end of 85 beginning of 86. I was born in Feb. of 86. The info I have about my mom is limitted but what I do know was that she was from southern WV (possibly Wayne) was about 21-22, tall (around 5'9'') with green eyes. We think there was a possibility her name was Donna or something of the sort. Anything you might know would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
