Another good place to look for information on several types of records is with the University of Minnesota - social Archives. They have ALL the records and files associated with Florence Crittenton Homes. I was able to get a picture of the house i stayed in and some other information in regards to the home in Trenton, NJ. Perhaps this contact info will help someone else.

Heart Looking for my daughters bio Mom FCH in St. Petersburg, Fl

Would appreciate any information you have. My daughter and I have been searching for her birth Mom for a long time. She was born 6-9-1971 at Bayfront Medical Center and her Bio Mom was staying at the FCH in St Petersburg, FL. All we have is that her name was Debra. I am not a well person and would love to "GIFT" my daughter with this information. Plus I would love to thank her Bio Mom and Dad - if possible - for making the loving decision to place her up for adoption. My only daughter really needs these missing pieces. I have always told her I would hel her any way I could but cautioned her at the same time to the fact that she may not want to be found and to be prepared for that - but that if she was found - we would all celebrate & we both could rest.

Hello, I am helping a friend search for her baby boy born on October 3,1971. She went by the false name of Drake Smith while there. She went into FC on June 1, 1971 in Charlotte. She is white and the babys father (black) lived in Wilkesboro at the time, any info would help

The in patients were there for 2 months. You could pay and be there longer. Some of the girls received out patient care and didn't live at the home.
