Hello to all.

I have an issue that's been bothering me for a few years, and I think this is the perfect place to raise it.

My birthmother, whom I was fortunate enough to know for almost 16 years before she passed away, and I compared notes, and we were both disturbed to find out that the information given to my adoptive parents wasn't always accurate. In light of this, I'm afraid I'm putting out false information in my search for my birthfather.

Also, the folks at FC lied to her about some things as well, and she had a pretty hard time dealing with that.

Has anyone else experience this from an FC home? Or is it an isolated incident (best case!).

AND WHERE TO CALL O MAKE CONTACT.
THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD ABOUT CHANGING THINGS,DATES, NAMES ETC. BUT KEEP DIGGING YOU JUST HAVE TO CHECK ALL AVAILABLE SITES EVEN GENEALOGY SITE IS YOU KNOW HER LAST NAME MAIDEN OR FALSE AND SINE OU KNEW YOUR B/M 16YEARS YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SOME TRACING.
