Searching for Brother in Law Born in Peoria
I am searching for my husband's brother born in a Peoria unwed mother's home in 1977 or 78. His birth mother's first name is Diane. At the time of birth, he was named Jeremy but this could have been changed at the time of the adoption.
I am searching on behalf of my late husband, and have limited information but want him to know that he has a loving family that would love to meet him. Any information gained out here would be appreciated. Thanks!
