Looking for brother born 10/21/71 in D.C
I am looking for my brother who was born October 21, 1971 at George Washington University Hospital. My mother was a resident of the Florence Crittenton home at this time. He was adopted through the Fairfax County Welfare Department on 10/26/71. Any information about how to track his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated!
