Songs About Birthdays

So, I'm a sap. I'm making a mix CD with songs that mention birthdays in some form or fashion for Nick's first birthday and party. They don't have to be any specific genre. Though, I'm probably not going to put rap or death metal on it as they're just not my bag.

One song that will go on is definitely "So Much to Say" by Dave Matthews Band even though it doesn't specifically mention "birthday," but mentions that first year milestone of talking:

You stole my idea w/ the other DMB song - isn't it Ants Marching? It's SO upbeat - he'll love to dance to that one!

I'm thinking there was a Nat King/Natalie Cole song w/ bday in it.. I'll try to search my brain today for more.

PS - I'm totally bummed that on my son's birth day (as in the day he was born), Kanye West's song "Golddigger" was #1 on the charts.

Was that the pop, hip hop or top forty chart? Pretty sure there's more than one. You can find out what's on the country chart for that day if that's your bag...

I checked out that link and think they may be off a bit b/c I know the song from my bday in '75 was something by Captain & Tenille which is NOT what that website said.

I have the link to another cool birthday site on my work computer but will try to find it...brb....
