Hi all! I'm taking over The First Year as Forum Moderator. I can make polls, which I have just done. I'll be starting a lot of conversation here in hopes to get this to be a more active board within the forum. If there are topics you want to discuss or you have an idea for a poll (since you can't start polls but I can), just drop me a PM! I'm always looking for ideas for topics.

I don't claim to be an expert on the first year. Nicholas is just almost six months. I do have the unique position in that I watched my firstborn go through her first year from a removed viewpoint so, I know upcoming things to expect and I have 'been through it' without being through it. If you have questions, I'm super-duper-great at researching on the internet and can usually have an answer within a couple of minutes. Unless it's an opinion and then I usually have one immediately.
