Unhappy Trouble with our adoption facilitator

First time writing. Not sure what I can or cannot say. Has anyone out there had problems with their adoption facilitators, or are we the only ones? We've experienced THREE failed adoptions in less than a year. The last was a meth baby (the birthmother was an addict - used meth during her entire pregnancy), and they did not disclose this information. They actually told us the baby was "perfectly healthy." They just avoid us, won't take our calls, and deny any wrongdoing. HELP! What can we do?

I would take them to court and sue, sue, sue! It sounds like you are being messed with and it is NOT right! I went through a messed up situation like that and I threatened to call the local news and have an investigation, I filed a complaint with the BB and I got my questions answered! Dont take that! Threaten first and if that doesnt work then start on it! When I mentioned going public I had the head in the office calling me back telling me to calm down and lets talk about this... Get out your signs and rally.... That will bring your local news! Call them and inform them that your going to do it too! That adoption place will go NUTS!

You can have problems with agencies, lawyers or facilitators. My facilitator was good and we had one failed match prior to getting our beautiful baby girl. But, if you feel that they are not being truthful with our about things then yes you need to question and LOUD.

You can have trouble with agencies, lawyers and facilitators it really isn't limited. We had a facilitator in CA where we live and she was good. We did have a failed matched prior to getting our beautiful baby girl home. But, if you are questioning their ethics and morals then you should question them and LOUD!!

Could you pm me and tell me who you were working with? Are you in California? Thanks. We've been threatening and yelling (really loud), and so far, they don't seem to care!
