I am a prospecitive adoptive parent, so no advice here, but you may try joining the Ethiopian Adoption Agency Review group on Yahoo- the board moves pretty fast and there is a lot of advice!

Gladney, anyone?
My wife and I are looking @ making a final decision as far as agency. Had anyone done an Ethiopian Adoption with Gladney? How did it go?

A reply would mean a great deal.
