Okay, still trying to find an agency...

So then, I have looked at Gladney, WACAP and Dove today, does anyone have any thoughts about these or any others that I might have missed. We want a little girl, 0-12 months. Our neighbors are also adopting right along with us (which is AWESOME) and they are looking to bring home 2 little ones. Anyway, any thoughts from anyone would be greatly appreciated!
