Older children available?
Hi. Does anyone happen to know of any girls between 2-5 that are healthy or have minor SNs, that are waiting with an agency? Or a sibling pair, one boy, one girl, under 6 yrs?
If you do, please PM me with the agency name. Thanks! |

Your best bet might be to call the agencies and see if they have a waiting child program. Some Ethiopian agencies have this and others do not. Since Ethiopian children available for adoption are not able to have photos published on the internet agencies tend to only share that information with their clients. The other option is to look on the rainbowkids.com website. They won't have pictures but they will have some descriptions. And it might be difficult to determine which country in Africa the child is from. But it may give you a starting point of agencies to contact.

Just like Samantha said, you won't find Ethiopian kids on a photolisting as it's not allowed by their government, however you may find some descriptions of children in need of homes. I believe AAI and WHFC both have waiting/older child programs, other agencies probably do as well. Both of those two places try to place more older children so they're worth looking into. Calling or emailing around would still be your best bet, though, and given the need for homes for older children, you're more than likely to find children in those age categories.
