Wide Horizons or WACAP
Hi folks I am new to this site and am looking at your experience with either Wide HOrizons or WACAP they are on the top of my list and both seem to be highly ethical agencies. We worked with another agency for a Guatemalan adoption and our adoption did not go through due to fraud and we are very weary of choosing the right agency. IF anyone has another agency for Ethiopia that they feel is extremely ethical and holds the highest standards I would like to hear about them.
