My wife and I are on the first steps of the first brick on the road to an adoption. We have been looking at Ethiopia and I have been gathering a lot of information from various agencies and scouring this message board. We live in the Chicago area and were able to go to a Wide Horizon's seminar the other night. I have also been reading up on Dove which seems to have an excellent reputation. So much information!

At this point both Dove and Wide Horizons look quite good, while also keeping in mind Holt, Children's Home and Aid and many others.

If you have had any experiences with Dove or Wide Horizons I would really appreciate hearing about them and how they have helped (Or hindered!) you on your journey so far.
