We have a referral!
We just received and accepted a referral of a beautiful 4 year old girl last week! Our agency has asked us not to post her picture on blogs or forums (except our agency listserve) so I am sorry and bummed I can't share her photo with you! But believe me she is the sweetest thing! Pray us into Ethiopia before the courts close and then I'll be able to post her pictures! We waited exactly 8 weeks from CIS approval to referral and are praying to get to ET before the courts close in early August! The beautiful thing about our daughter is that she spent her whole life with her momma until the day she was reliquished! Praise God for that!

Congratulations on your referral!!! Can't wait to see pictures when the time comes. I am keeping my eye on Ethiopia if the Lord leads us to adopt again. I am also watching your adoption to see how your agency program goes. Anyhow, I will pray you get in before the courts close. Enjoy your new daughter.
