Ready to start the process...

Hi,
After a long few years, we are finally ready to start our adoption process from Ethiopia. The problem is that I have no idea where to start. Could someone please pm me with agency recommendations, time lines, age of babies, overall cost, and any advice. We are interested in adopting a young male infant. Can anyone recommend a homestudy agency? We live in the Detroit area (MI).
