How to choose an agency?

I was wondering if anyone who has completed an Ethiopian adoption could help me choose an agency. I have discovered there are currently 7 agencies approved to adopt from Ethiopia. I am really not sure where to begin on how to choose which one to use. So I am looking to some success stories from each on. Please let me know which agency you used, your overall experience, your total wait time, and your total costs.

This is what I found on which agencies are allowed to do international adoptions from Ethiopia:
Only seven U.S. adoption agencies are approved by the Ethiopian government to complete international adoptions of Ethiopian children (this fact is confirmed by the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa). Before you use any adoption agency or adoption facilitator, please do your research! The U.S. adoption agencies approved by the Ethiopian government are:

Adoptions Advocates International

Americans for African Adoptions, Inc.

Children's Home Society & Family Services

Christian World Adoption

Dove Adoptions International, Inc.

Gladney Center for Adoption

Wide Horizons for Children, Inc.

Edited to remove agency contact information and URL links to agencies

There are a few others that I think are approved or are working on it. You would need to do research on them first

Adoption Associates Inc
Adoption Avenues (OR)
CHI (no idea what it stands for) -- Florida, I think
International Adoption Guides (NC)

Happy researching
Samantha

CHI is Childrens Hope International and I believe their main office is in St Louis but they do have other offices throughout the US. This is very exciting for me since CHI was the very first adoption agency I ever called when we were starting to pursue adoption (at the time we were considering Russia). I believe they are hoping to start Ethiopia Adoptions after the first of the year.
