Trying to decide

Hello,my husband and I are trying to decide between Ethiopia and Haiti. Haiti seems pretty stable right now and very affordable. We just starting researching Ethiopia now. Does anyone know what the total estimated costs are for Ethiopia? We are looking to adopt a little girl about 18months-3 yrs old. Thank you so much! We would also love any PM's with a reputable agency! Thanks so much!
