Our kids think they have found siblings

Well, we had our homestudy on Thursday and all went well. We have been approved!!

Friday we got the tape of awaiting kids. I have never wanted something from the mail so bad! Our kids immediately attached to two siblings that they think are just like them. (I love that!) There is a little boy 5 almost six and his sister 4 almost five. THe boy is a little older than we were thinking we wanted, but I have to say even I am getting attached. So on Monday I will call the agency to see if it would be possible to "hold" these kids till we are done with our paperwork. We are really getting excited.

How neat! I am so excited for you guys! Is that normal in Ethiopia adoptions to get a video of the waiting children? What a treasure for you to save.

With our agency, you can order a tape of awaiting children for ten dollars. We were hoping to choose children instead of just getting a referral. It was really cool for our kids to choose also. They both knew immediately that those were the kids for us and for both of them to agree on something is amazing.

Now we just impatiently wait for them.
