Info on EAC and/or Adoption Ark?

Hi-
I am new to the forum and my husband and I are interested in adopting from Eastern Europe. We have gotten information from EAC as well as Adoption Ark. We are leaning toward EAC but would love to hear any comments about either of these agencies. Also, any other suggestions for agencies would be greatly appreciated, as well!
It can be daunting just finding an agency!
