Albania Adoption
Hi I'm thinking about adopting from Albania. Could anyone share their experience with me. I'm wondering about the youngest age of a child I could hope to adopt. Also the health of the children and finally how long after the home study should I expect to wait till I finally get my child.
Any information would be wonderful..... Thanks!!!!
