hi. last year i was trying to persue an adoption of an older child from Moldova. i completed my dossier, but then my agency told me that it was not worth authenticating it and sending it over. They said that Moldova was not proceeding with adoptions at that time, and especially to singles. They said that Moldova was considering only adopting to married couples in the near future, and so it would be too risky to continue with this country. I have since changed to Guatemala, and my adoption of my daught from there is well under way. But i was just curious about whatever became of adoptions from Moldova. Are there any singles bringing children home yet? Are there any couples who have recently brought their kids home? What's happening over there?

I have seen in some other groups that the adoptions are moving again and I have seen some singles complete adoptions, but only a couple.

Right now the wait it for the updated list coming in March. There will be a update to the available children. I can't wait to see what that brings.
