Questions on Adoptionpros MI

I a single woman interested in adopting an infant from the Republic of Georgia. I am also interested in using AdoptionPros (Michigan Branch) but I have some concerns because it seems as if a couple of people have had bad experiences and a couple have had a wonderful experience. Any input on Adoptionpros (MI) would be appreciated.
