What Is The Cost???
HELLO AGAIN,,
WE ARE TOTALY CONFUSED NOW,,WHY YOU ASK.... I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT A HOME STUDY IN 300.00... THEN IT HAS GONE TO 500.00,AND NOW IT IS UP TO 950.00,CAN ANYONE CLEAR THIS UP FOR US????WE GET ALL KINDS OF ANSWERS BUT NOT THE RIGHT ONES,,,, THANKS AND GOD BLESS TO ALL,,

Not to sound negative but I'm sure you will not find the answer here. The reason for that is the cost of the homestudy is VERY variable. It depends on the state in which you live. It depends on if it's being done publicly, privately or by an agency. It depends if you are looking to adopt domestically or internationally. Based on what I have heard/seen it can vary between $0 (free) and $2,000. I know we paid about $1,200 and we live in the DC area - the price for ours was very competitive for the region and the different options here.
You will have to check around with those agencies/companies that are licensed to perform homestudy in your area.
