South Dakota waiting period
Hi out there - Does anyone know what the waiting period for South Dakota is? Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you mean the waiting period till match or from tpr to where BPs cannot change their minds?

If you are asking about the time between birth and when the birthparents can sign TPR, the information I have is: Bparents can sign as soon as 5 days after birth in S.D. Consent becomes irrevocable 30 days after finalization. I think the wording indicates finalization of the ADOPTION, which would be a LONG time. If that is correct, it would be a long wait, as sometimes you can't finalize until at least 6 months after the birth.
