Is there a good chance we can do this??
A friend of ours knows a 16 year old girl that gave birth to a baby boy 7 weeks ago. He asked us if we would like to adopt him as we can not have children of our own. The baby's mother and father do not want him and the baby's grandparents do not either.
Are there any obsticles that we need to go through before adopting?? Would there be any reason that you can think of that will make it so we can not adopt other than parents or grandparents changing their minds??? Thank you! Shelley
