I assume being gender specific for new born adoption is almost impossible particulalry if the preferred gender is female?

We were gender specific the first time around. We wanted a baby girl. But we were completely open to race and really wanted an open adoption. We were adament about no drug or alcohol abuse though.

Second time around we didn't care what the gender was and we were open to race again. Both of our kiddos are caucasian though. Just one of those things I guess.
