Domestic Adoption - New York
Hi, my husband and I are just starting the adoption process. We have done tons of reading, but I feel like we are no better off than where we started regarding good agencies. I was hoping that maybe someone could PM me with recommendations for good domestic adoption agencies or attorneys and any other advice. Also, any heads up on agencies NOT to use is welcomed as well. Actually any advice at this point...I feel like the more we read, the more our heads are spinning!!! Thanks in advance

Just get started with the agency in your local area. Get your homestudy done and they will assist you in selecting agencies.
We live in Connecticut and adopted a baby girl 3 years ago. It took about one full year to complete the process.
