Anyone from Ky?
HI,
Has anyone out there adopted a bi-racial child domestically in Ky? My husband and I are trying to explore all our options and would appreciate any advice you could give us. We are finding that most agencies don't place infants in Ky, maybe we just don't know where to look? Thanks, Liz
