Facilitator - An Angel Above Adoptions
We are in the process of signing an agreement with a California based facilitator called "An Angel Above Adoptions". This company is owned by Nanette Williams. I'm wondering if anyone has used their services and would recommend them? Also, does California license/regulate facilitators and, if so, is it possible to find out if they have been approved by the state?

I used a facilitator in Southern California but not her. Look at uniqueadoptions.com and see if there is any info about that.
