Goofed on 1st contact, what to do next?
This is my 1st posting
I am a birth parent and was contacted by the adoptee in 2002-- We emailed back and forth and then that stopped-- now I'm trying to re-connect- what would be a good way to start this process?

What do you mean when you say you goofed on your first contact?
Probably a hand written letter would be best. If you feel you messed up really badly, then an apology would need to be included. Can you elaborate more on why you believe contact stopped?
