May playdate at the Zoo?
We had talked about planning a get-together at the Zoo for May. Anyone still game? Any days/dates better?

Even though my husband and I are in the process of adopting, I would love to get together. I work as a nanny for triplets and I am planning on taking them to the zoo on the 23rd or the 25th. If you plan to get together then, I would love to meet you all!

Holy Moly! Nanny to triplets! Very cool! How old are they?
There are a few of us planning on meeting outside the entrance at 10:30 AM on the 25th. Hope you can make it!

The triplets are two. All boys so once our daughter is home with us... well, I need the extra estrogen around! I nanny for three boys, married to a man (duh) and I have two male cats! Oh, what have I gotten myself into!

I will check the weather in the morning and see how it is looking. If it is really looking horrible, how about Jungle Java? I am really hoping for the Zoo, but the forcast is not looking promising! Everyone cross their fingers and do their anti-rain dance!

Did we miss you Maegan? We waited for a while up front, but didn't know with the rain if you were still coming.
I learned from today that setting up a definite meeting place would have been a REALLY good idea! And maybe giving out my cell number to those who are coming in case anyone is running late. Somehow it just wasn't clicking with me that the Zoo was going to be CROWDED! We'll have to try this again over the summer and I will try to getting the planning down better!

Hope you all had a good time! I just wasn't up for it today! I heard later today that this week and weekend are the busiest time of the whole year at the zoo!

I am so sorry! We waited by the hippo statue until about 10:45, but with the questionable weather we thought we should probably get moving at that point.
Definetly let me know when you have a date for the end of June. We are always up for the Zoo!
