I am and have been in search for my half sister for the last 18 years. Your birth name was Tracy Oldham and you were born in Kent County Delaware. You were living with your birth mother and grandmother in Fairfax County Virginia at the time of your adoption. You were around 4 or 5 at the time of your adoption. If I remember correctly you were born in July of 1977. You have a half sister(me) and a half brother, we used to call you Teewee.
