Looking for my Sister DOB 1966 or 1967 Oregon

You were born in Oregon in 1966 or 1967. Adopted from the Waverly Home in Portland Oregon. Birth name was Kimberly Anne Johnson. Mothers name was Jennifer Lee Johnson. Her name now is Jennifer Smart. Iam your sister. Please contact me. Donnelle
