Hello. I'm in the process of placing the child I'm carrying for adoption. I have the couple narrowed down to 2 on the list. I've met both of them and like them both very much. I need to decide soon because I'm due very soon. Did any other birthmothers ever have this situation? If so, how did you really know which one was the couple. They're both sweet, christians, well off financially, good looking people, everything I would want for this baby to have. I'm really stressing over this. Any advice would be appreciated.

I had my decision narrowed down to two families, and although they were extremely alike, were wonderful in person, and extremely supportive, I knew I had to decide on one family. I started thinking about how comfortable they made me. Did one just "feel right" and once I thought about it, I realized one did. I had been avoiding making that final decision as a way to prolong the inevitable. I'm due in 3 weeks now, and I can't wait to see this child in their arms. The other family understood when I made my decision. They were upset. It's hard to decide, just go with that gut feeling deep inside, make a list of all the good points for each family, and things you're uncertain of with each one. You'll figure it out.
