Do you not think that Jesus loved and honored his Mother? Do you not think that He would like us to honor her as well? Your ignorance of our faith is apparent, and the fact that you are posting those remarks here on an adoptive board tells me that you have "Mother Issues" that need resolving. I will pray for you... If you would like to learn more about our faith, email me: flipper@ulink.net: (we are hoping God blesses us with another little soul to raise to not be a bigot.)

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee (truth) Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus (truth) Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. No differently than you would ask anyone to pray for your sins. Catholics don't see her as an icon, but rather someone whom God must have known was strong in her faith of Him. She knew her pregnancy was a miracle and even when others did not believe, she became stronger, all for the life of our Lord.
