I am a young women 23 , as of Aug. I have a son of 7 months and alot of thoughts came to my mind when I found out I was pregnate. But never abortion. Never. I wish young women "women " in all would really realize what abortion IS. I use to be prochoice untill I took a job as a C.N.A in a abortion clinc then I relized what REALLY happiend. There are no words to tell you the hurt and pain that , that job has made me feel. After I quit I went to Church and became a reborn again Christian and now the Lord Jesus has blessed me with another child who now is growing inside of me. 2 young childrean I will have ladys, and 23 I will be when my second on is born. Im poor , unemployed, and my cars about to brake down. BUT I still have faith. Now that I have Jesus back in my life. Im happer then Ive been in 10 years. Not a stress in my heart or soul. I love it... And Im going to try my hardest to stay with him..to all of you out there if you feel down on your luck.. GET SAVED and mean it.. It's unbelivable.... Ive never felt so at PEACE....

I am pro-choice. My doctors advised me to have an abortion for my own health and even my own life, but I still continued my pregnancy against medical advice. I am twenty-three and my daughter is nearly three now. My daughter is in an open adoption. It has been very difficult for me.

I do not intend to get pregnant again because I do not think it is worth risking my life. My body, my choice!

It makes me very sad to think that you can live with your self knowing you've done away with someone's life that you never gave a chance... If you had to choose life or death for your self what would you do? Of corse your not going to say death, I belive everyone, even an unborn child, needs a chance. I think all women should sit down and think long and hard about the long-term consequences of abortion before they do it.

loveangel, people like you are the reason I hestitate to say that I am pro-life. I don't want to be thought of the way people think of you. If you believe in something that is wonderful, but being insulting and rude about it is not the correct way to behave. You are a Christian? So am I. My bible says nothing about ME being able to judge another person for their choices. Does your bible say it's okay for you to insult and be mean to Sharon while judging her life? The bible commands us to love, it says nothing about making choices for other people. You don't know Sharon and have no right to try and beat her up for choices she made. While we're at it, all sins are created equal. So therefore how are you any better than anyone else when you are being judgemental and have an unloving attitude towards someone who does not believe as you do?

I'm tired of the whole you play you pay thing. When Sharon was young and chose to have sex without being married and got pregnant she did nothing that I didn't do myself. The difference is, she got pregnant, I didn't. God does not randomly choose who he is going to punish (or bless) when a whole lot of others of us are doing the exact same thing. He did not point his finger down and say THERE! She's the one I will punish for having sex! I'll let the others go!

And while you are patting yourself on the back for being a good Christian and morally superior to Sharon, please keep in mind that GOD FORGIVES. It would appear YOU need to learn some things from God. Forgiveness, compassion, and concern for your fellows humans beings among them.

This whole abortion/adoption issue is like beating a dead horse.
You are either for abortion or you are not. Everytime I read the debates on this issue, it seems mostly like the "pro-lifer Christians" use this topic as a way to try to make themselves look more righteous and holy than those of us who are pro-choice.
