From Questions:
Thank you to all those who have posted with suggestions. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and willingness to help. WE have redone our letter now over four times. The last one, I hope will be the one. It is hard, because sometimes I think that because we already have children, it holds us back. We have three wonderful kids. We aren't able to have anymore, and we both come from large families, and wanted our children to have the same benefits that we had growing up. It is hard to put into words how much love you can give a child, not just from yourself and spouse, but howmuch the children in the family can give. WE know that God has a plan for us, and when that child comes along, or doesn't, we will love the little one with all the love that God gave to us.
Thank you again to everyone that posted, may God's plan for you be realized.

That their family doesn't end just because our bodies can't (for whatever reason) have or carry anymore babies. As you mentioned in writing your bmom letter, trying to explain how the children can contribute to the baby. Our famiy prays daily for "their baby" to come and to bless the bmom with whatever she in need of. How do you convey that and not sound like an advertisement? Anyway, I appricate all the support for you all on these boards! Thanks! Love, Tyree!

Re: Re: From Questions:
How do you get past the fact that you have children already and be able to adopt? My husband and I have children also and want to adopt. I come from a very large family, we love children and can give a child alot of love and happiness. We are running into problems because we have children. To go through a state agency they tell us those with no children get first choice and we may never get a child because we have children. Having children doesn't make us less parents. We are good parents and just want to give a child love and a good home and happy family.
any advice email me KMBzBRAT8@aol.com
