Call the state of conn. dept. of Post Adoptions in Hartford, CT or call Catholic Family Services any branch and they will be able to tell you what branch to call good luck.

I just did that from CC in Norwich CT. All you have to do is call them and if they have any non-identifying information such as medical by law you are entitled to that. If they can't help you. You may petition the court your adoption was finalized at and they will look up the information but some charge a small fee. Mine didn't. Good luck
