Searching in Connecticut
Connecticut is a "Confidential Intermediary" state and will search for and locate your birth parents or relinquished child if you request this service.
Contact this office: State of Connecticut Dept of Foster and Adoption Services State Office Building 80 Washington Street Hartford, CT 06105 Phone: 800-842-2106 You can also request "non-identifying information" about the birth parents or adopting family from this same office.
